To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 13 April 2026 (previously circulated).
033/PC/26– Review of Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and all adopted Policies.
Brought back from last meeting. Standing Orders and Financial Regulations updated and approved at Finance on 1 June 2026 to resolve to adopt.
Policies to be completed in time for this meeting and circulated. To agree to adopt.

Brought back from last meeting which was agreed would be the last time. To note clerk has not yet written, waiting for help from Cllr Harwood. To agree to remove from agenda.
040/PC/26 – Football Club
To Note Hire that the club were very grateful for the grant towards the goals. Circulated.
Request from the club to hire out the Pavilion on a Friday evening for a Mini Kickers style group. To decide and agree a rental price.
To Note further update from the club and a request to use the facilities on a Sunday as well, to decide. Circulated.
041/PC/26 – Tennis Club Lease
To Note that the lease is now complete and contents have been queried by the Tennis Club. We have now asked them to engage their own legals to get advice as the lease issued is standard. They have been billed for the 1 quarter of this year but there is no current lease in place. To discuss and decide procedure going forward. Circulated.
042/PC/26 – Pedestrian Gate Request
Request to put a pedestrian gate leading onto the driveway of Bells Hill Rec. This was declined last month but new information has come to light. To re-discuss and decide. Circulated.
